Beyond the Codex tools, Scaryel built two full projects to support Throne and Liberty and Aion 2 — and other games down the line: a guild command center that ends the siege spreadsheet and a recorder that keeps your best plays without you pressing anything.

A web dashboard with a Discord bot for guild leaders: build siege and event parties, publish the lineup to Discord and measure attendance straight from voice channels.

  • Parties and compositionsRole-based slots — locked, strict or preferred — with autofill, drag and drop and undo.
  • Absence refillA confirmed absence reopens the slot; the best reserve is promoted by role, schedule and CP — with the reason shown.
  • Lineup on DiscordThe bot posts party, slot, role and line leader to the channel you pick. Each post is a numbered revision with a diff; reactions confirm presence.
  • Attendance from voiceWindows with start, end and threshold set in advance, measured minute by minute. Corrections are logged with a justification.
  • Roster for ~500 membersEight combinable filters, bulk actions and a two-step CSV import with row and column error reporting.
  • Live view and auditWho's in voice right now, by channel and with timers; history with author and before/after; four permission levels.
  • PrivacyIt only records who was in which channel and when — never audio or messages. Retention from 1 to 24 months.
