CHAPTER 05
Greatsword — every change
Buff
The patch's biggest rework lives here: Flash stops being a mobility core and becomes a damage stack — 12% per tornado hit, up to 99 stacks.
A hit from behind is worth 3 stacks at once.
Skill Core: Flash (섬광)
Main effect rewritten
▲ +12% per stack · up to 99
Before
Hitting Stun or Shock with a Greatsword skill cuts 0.8s off the mobility skill's cooldown · Annihilation Tornado and Ice Tornado cut 0.2s off Fulminating Smash's cooldown · PvP damage taken +100% · PvP damage dealt -90%
After
Every hit of Annihilation Tornado, Incandescent Tornado or Ice Tornado amplifies damage by 12% for 3 seconds, stacking up to 99 times — a hit from behind applies 3 stacks. All the previous effects still apply
Skill Core: Rear Strike (후방 타격)
Extra damage against all species
▲ +200
The core gains a new effect: +200 extra damage against all species.

Nerf
Elemental Awakening gets far easier to turn on — Fire drops from 5 to 3 stacks and Lightning from 7 to 4 — but the cooldown reduction falls across the entire scale, from Advanced 1 to Legendary 5.

CHAPTER 14
Items and gear skills
Fix
Seven unique gear pieces touched. The biggest numeric nerf is the Iron Tomb's Erosion Staff's Mana Absorption, falling from 900 to 100 per tick — but it gains range, duration and a rule spelled out in the tooltip.
The Bulwark of Devotion stops being a self-buff and now covers the target too.

Fixed the issue where Spore Poison damage (and the enraged version) was not applied properly when several players used Fatal Strike on the same target.
Cold-Blooded Baton — Prism Ray (프리즘 광선)
Speed reduction applied to oneself
⚙ Fix
Fixed the case where Calamity Ray spec. 2 [Speed Reduction] was applied to the caster while spec. 4 [Duration Concentration] was active.
Giant Brook's Decay Sword (자이언트 브룩의 부패검) and Giant Brook's Radiant Sword (자이언트 브룩의 광성검) — Spore Poison: fixed the damage that was not applied correctly when several people used Fatal Strike on the same target, in both the normal and the Enraged Giant Brook versions.

Iron Tomb's Erosion Staff (철묘의 침식 지팡이) — Mana Absorption: the drained value falls from 900 to 100.
Iron Tomb's Erosion Staff (철묘의 침식 지팡이) — Mana Absorption: description rewritten. Before: Barrier of Salvation cooldown +10 seconds in exchange for absorbing 900 mana from surrounding enemies every 0.5 seconds. After: Barrier of Salvation cooldown +10 seconds in exchange for absorbing 100 mana from all enemies within a 4m radius, every 0.5 seconds, for 6 seconds; when the shield ends, the absorption ends too.
Winter Storm's Arcane Staff (겨울 폭풍의 마도봉) — the Dragon's Blessing skill (용의 가호) was renamed to Dragon's Dominance (용의 위압), because it used the same term as Last Dragon's Blessing (마지막 용의 가호), from the Snowfield Destroyer's Lightning Gauntlet.
Winter Storm's Arcane Staff (겨울 폭풍의 마도봉) — Dragon's Dominance: the Fear effect stops being affected by hit and resistance and is now applied by chance only.

CHAPTER 21
Fixes — world, system and interface
Fix
A party invite to someone inside a Rift is now automatically declined. And opening the map on the move stops halting the character on keyboard and mouse.
The Statue of Honor gets three display fixes.
Rift — party invite
Character in progress inside the Rift
⚙ Auto-decline
Inviting someone mid-Rift is now automatically declined.
Map — opening while moving
Keyboard and mouse
⚙ Fix
Opening the map while walking or in sprint transformation no longer interrupts movement.
Crimson Frost — purification points
Duplicated display and wrong value
⚙ Fix
The purification points of Crimson Frost items showed up duplicated and with a value different from the real one. Fixed.
Wingsuit: fixed the case where, on leaping in Aetherion while in sprint transformation, the transition cutscene and sound for the wingsuit were not played.
World: fixed the case where, on leaving a Nix sudden event that runs in a separate instance, the region name notice appeared blank on screen.
Crimson Frost: fixed the case where the item's purification points appeared duplicated and with a value different from the real one.
World Tree Guide: fixed the case where the quest to claim the Arch Boss event participation reward — Foliage Fruit, 2nd stage — did not advance on killing Ramus.
Rift: inviting a character in progress inside the Rift to a party is now automatically declined.
Map: fixed the case where, on keyboard and mouse, activating the map while moving — on foot or in sprint transformation — stopped the character.
Statue of Honor: fixed the case where the statue character's outfit adornment and weapon did not appear even at close range.
Statue of Honor: fixed the case where, intermittently, a color that did not match the ranking was applied.
Statue of Honor: fixed the case where gear effects were displayed on the statue.
Mirinae: fixed the case where changing the Settings – Control – Mirinae – Mirinae cutscene camera option was not applied immediately while mounted on Mirinae.
Mirinae: fixed the case where Mirinae's flight path overlapped the floating islands in Aetherion.

“The headline is the party ready check, but the line that moves the most money is the Trait Stone at 43,000 Solant — down to a fifth of the price, with a retroactive refund going back to Nix. It's the third straight month of cost cuts: Korea keeps treating price, not content, as the endgame bottleneck.
What almost nobody will read sits in the Staff chapter. Elemental Awakening got far easier to turn on — Fire 5→3, Lightning 7→4 — but the cooldown reduction drops across the whole scale, and at Legendary 5 the math is 17.5% becoming 15%. Anyone already playing with high uptime loses; anyone who couldn't hold the cycle gains. It's a leveling pass dressed up as a condition buff.
And pay attention to the Helping Hand: moving from a "new and returning" criterion to combat power turns a welcome system into a permanent PvE subsidy. Thirty deliveries a week, no chest opening required.”
Final verdict⟡ A convenience patch with real economic weight · Worth logging in before the refundConfidence: 7.5/10

What changes in practice
Korean note dated August 11. Global usually receives this package weeks later — and the Solant refund only applies to spending on the KR server between the Nix update and this maintenance.
For guilds
Ready check and the three-second countdown solve the raid-opening problem without having to shout on voice. And guild raid rewards in Toland and Nix went up.
For solo PvP
Ponsine's Will stopped listing five skills and became a blanket PvP penalty on the Crossbow. On the other side, 36 accessories gained control Hit and Resistance — the CC meta is about to shift.
For casual players
Trait Stones at a fifth of the price with a refund by mail, Helping Hand by combat power and a reorganized bag. It's the friendliest patch of the quarter for anyone who plays a little.

System
⟡ For those in a hurry
01:00
Party: ready check with live O/X, three-second countdown, notice chat and a map icon shareable with Alt + left click.
Helping Hand: reaches the Challenge Dimensional and now goes by combat power — 6,000 in Elite and normal raid, 7,800 in Heroic, 8,000 in Challenge; up to 30 deliveries per week.
Star Fragment's Resolve: the wipe buff leaves the raid and enters the Dimensional, with 3 minutes between applications and up to 5 stacks.
Economy: Trait Unlock and Trait Enhancement Stones fall from 218,180 to 43,000 Solant, with a refund by mail for the overspend since Nix.
Collection: 160 new decal albums built from pre-Nix gear — 16 Common, 21 Advanced, 31 Rare and 92 Heroic.
Weapons: Flash becomes a 12% stack up to 99 on the Greatsword, Ventius's Eye drops from 50% to 20% on the Longbow, and the Staff's Elemental Awakening trades an easier condition for less cooldown.
Accessories: 36 pieces gain four control traits each — Hit on necklaces and rings, Resistance on bracelets and belts.
Verdict: a convenience patch with real economic weight. Confidence 7.5.
